30-Day Return Policy for Most Items
At AANOMLEE, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items, with the exception of final sale items, which include lingerie, jewelry, underwear, personal care items, swim items, discounted items, and gift cards.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. The return request is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.
3. Items must have all tags and labels attached.
4. The item must not fall into the category of final sale items (lingerie, jewelry, underwear, personal care items, swim items, discounted items, and gift cards).
Final Sale Items
Please note that the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:
- Underwear - Personal care items
- Swim items
- Discounted items - Gift cards
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Support team via email at [email@example.com] with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".
2. In your email, include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Contact information
- The reason for the return
3. Once we receive your return request, our Customer Support team will provide you with further instructions, including a return shipping address if applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as AANOMLEE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 30 business days for us to complete the refund process. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
